Hello! My name is Chelsea. Originally from the Maritimes in Halifax, Nova Scotia and now residing in Montreal, Quebec!
Floral Fatale started in 2017 as a passion project, but word spread of my creations and soon I began receiving purchases, as well as custom orders. I adore all things floral and botanical, and forage every opportunity I can. Many pieces have been foraged in the wild, but I purchase many stems in the off season as needed.
I absolutely love thrifting and up-cycling, so I try to source my frames second hand as much as possible. Ferns are my favorite plant, and pansys are my favorite flower. I am a Taurus, and I definitely resonate as one. I think everyone needs to touch more grass, and smell the flowers.
My work has evolved over the years and I find a 'less is more' approach suits me best - Quality over Quantity. Not only has it evolved in display, but what I offer. Floral Fatale has become more of a brand for me, as I wanted to begin showcasing other art-forms that represent my artistic style, vision, and preferences. Digital Art is on the horizon for Floral Fatale, I hope you like stickers and prints!
Moving forward in this project, I hope to express the soft side of me along with the edgier side of me; delicate and elegant meets provocative, fiery, and bold.
